There are three key opportunities for you to explore. How far you go on the journey of transformational leadership is up to you.

Deep Personal Insight

Self awareness as a leader is the first point on our journey. Everyone on the course uses a simple technique to understand their nervous system and explores the full impact this has on who they are as a leader. 

 

 

Rejuvenation as a Leader

The inner world of how you feel, reflects the outer world we shape as leaders. Working to burnout is not sustainable. The course invites you to find calm and energy in your every day.  You become expert at knowing what you need and when you need it in order to remain grounded and excel in all you do.

Find a Voice of Transformational Leadership

When you grow emotionally, mentally and embody a physiological place of safety you are able to find a voice of transformational leadership that you don't force or fake. It comes naturally. This course gives you the opportunity to reach this point.

Leadership in Action

This is not a theoretical course. It asks you to experience life as a leader using different exercises to shape your physical and emotional state as you go about your day. To get deep impact from the course you will need curiosity in using the following practices: 

Neuroscience

The latest research allows us to understand our nervous systems and how they function on entirely new levels. We use journalling, pairs reflections and surveys to notice how these systems impact on our leadership.

Mindfulness

Mindfulness is our ability to be fully present and aware of where we are, what we are doing, how we are feeling. It offers us choice in how we react and respond to situations.  We use a wide range of techniques to increase your awareness and clear thinking in leadership, including guided meditation and breath work.

Embodiment

Your body and how you relate to it is the gateway to communicating differently as a leader. We will learn to pay attention to it with focus exercises, learn from it and code it for transformational leadership.

The Insight Weeks

The Neuroscience

- Welcome plenary session. 120 minutes to meet the intimate group you will be journeying with and settle in to this very different style of learning.

- Bite size video and mixed media content made available to you introducing the core concepts in neuroscience that broaden your experience of being human, expand your window of tolerance and deepen your wisdom as a leader.

- 30 minute 1:1 session with course leaders.

- Pairs reflections begin.

Becoming the Observer

- Mastering this approach to leadership requires skilfully becoming aware of your focus and attention.

- Learn how to receive insight from your world without judgement and personal criticism

- Deeply understand connection and disconnection in your leadership and the organisation.

- Meet the full impact of your nervous system

How to Evolve 

- You are wired to evolve, but unless you know how to develop a powerful relationship with the events you navigate as a leader, growth will escape you. This week you meet the theory to move past resistance to your reality and find flow and the wisdom of your intuition.

The Growth Weeks

Finding Stability in Your Leadership

 - Now that you are mastering the skill of Observing your nervous system you can begin to consciously navigate it. In the next two weeks you explore techniques that deepen your connection to your intuition and elevate you to your full potential as a leader in a Ventral State.

Finding Energy in Your Leadership

- Your play with techniques continues so that you not only get deeply familiar with your Ventral State but you experiment with new ways to get there that really work for you. You also put in place boundaries of care for you and your colleagues.

Consciously Creating Connection

-  You begin two weeks of powerful play in self development. Here you consciously and actively expand your resilience, your presence, your strategic thinking, quality of decision making, creativity and inclusivity by clearing the emotional blocks you have built up.

Consciously Evolving

- Deepen your skill this week in using the Split Focus technique that originated from this course and allows you to access the skills of transformational leadership.

The Embodiment Weeks

Playing with Unconditional Leadership

- Now that you have spent 4 weeks playing with transforming your physiological state and finding your innate wisdom, presence and flow, you can begin to work on how you guide your teams to their own growth as an unconditional leader. Learn how to consciously sense the nervous system of others and build belonging and growth in relationship with each of them.

Inspiring Brilliance

- It is not just people who are governed by nervous systems. Workplace cultures are entirely shaped by how people are feeling. This week you have a chance to positively regulate the culture of your workplace with what you have learnt.  Inspire your organisation and prove to the world around us that workplaces can - not just transform - but be transformational.

Your Journey

- In our last couse week, we take a moment to pause. Reflect. And revisit the journey you have been on as a leader. We also pause to look forward and sense what is emerging from your future as a leader and what wisdom we can offer each other as the journey forward continues.
